Bill Graham, age 79, passed away suddenly on July 12, 2026, in Bellingham.
He was born September 26, 1946, in Bellingham, WA, to William M. Graham II and Ruby E. (Yeager) Graham. Bill graduated from Bellingham High School in 1964 and served in the US Air Force from 1966 – 1970. He married Roberta “Rob” Graham on April Fool’s Day 1995.
Bill worked for over 35 years at the Arco/BP Cherry Point Refinery, retiring in 2006. He enjoyed cars, tractors, and anything with a motor. Bill was an avid “Old Car Guy” and built his own “museum” to house his antique and classic cars, as well as car-related memorabilia.
He was a member of the AARL, Gear Heads, the Skagit Old Car Club, PSA’TMA, and the John Deere 2-Cylinder Club. He spent many happy hours volunteering and would talk cars with anybody.
Bill was preceded in death by his daughter, Kathy, and grandson, Richard.
He is survived by his wife, Rob; son, Bill Graham; stepdaughter, Jenny (Tim) Granger; grandchildren, Chrystal (Adam) Powell, Ross (Kristen) Blankers, Tanner (Hayley) Blankers, Arisa O’Lexey, Justin Clinkenbeard, Ben (Evy) Granger, McKenna O’Lexey, Hannah Granger, Harli Miller, and Devan Graham; and great-grandchildren, Allan, Lilly, Bowen, Emma, Madison, Rowyn, Teagan, Barrett “Bear,” and another one on the way.
A celebration of Bill’s life will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, August 22nd, at the Hetterley Pavilion at Berthusen Park (8837 Berthusen Road, Lynden), with a reception following.
