Tyler Burlingame

May 18, 1984 — January 30, 2024

Tyler Burlingame, age 39 of Bellingham, WA, died from complications of heart and kidney failure on January 30, 2024.

Tyler was born in Bellingham on May 18, 1984, to David and Carolyn. He graduated from Squalicum High school, and then entered the workforce. He was married for 16 years and from that marriage, he has a daughter, Madison. Tyler spent most of his time spoiling Madison and playing in the waves at one of their favorite beaches in Hawaii. His favorite past times were to go target shooting, barbequing, and driving on dirt and logging roads.

When Tyler wasn't working, he loved being a tour guide with friends and family, both in Hawaii and Las Vegas where he lived for 4 years. He was very kindhearted and always lending a hand, doing favors, and trying to be a good role model for his child. Tyler was a very devoted father.

Tyler is survived by his daughter Madison, parents David and Carolyn, brothers and sister Ryan, Kevin, James, Anthony, and Heather, grandmother Patty, and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Tyler will be cremated and taken to Hawaii, where he was happiest, to be laid to rest. In lieu of flowers, you can donate to the University of Washington Hospital on his behalf.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, February 10th at 1:30pm at Tillicum House at Pioneer Park, 2000 Cherry St, Ferndale, WA.
