Truman Horton, age 91 of Bellingham, passed away on February 16, 2014. A celebration of Truman’s life will be held on Thursday, February 20, 2014 at 1 PM at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church with the Rev. Jonathan Weldon officiating. A reception will follow. Memorials may be made to Whatcom Hospice and St. Paul’s Episcopal Church Endowment Fund.
