Ruth Elaine Spisak

Ruth Elaine Spisak passed away on Friday, July 9, at Highgate Assisting Living in Bellingham, WA. She was 97. She was born March 22, 1924 in Los Angeles, California, married Frank Spisak in June of 1946, and traveled the world with him during his 30+ years of service in the U.S. Navy. Frank and Ruth moved to Bellingham in 1969 after a tour of duty in London, England. Ruth was preceded in death by Frank, and is survived by her daughter Susan and grandchildren Jonathan and Sarah.
