Ray Manning, age 95, of Bellingham, WA passed away peacefully, surrounded by his loving family on November 16, 2018 at Summit Place in Bellingham. A Vigil Prayer Service will be held at Westford Funeral Home on Thursday, November 29th at 6:00 pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Sacred Heart Catholic Church on Friday, November 30th at 11:00am. A reception will follow at the Parish Hall. Full obituary will follow.
