Michael Phan, age 30 of Bellingham, passed away July 26, 2010 after a brave battle with cancer. He was born December 21, 1979 in San Jose, CA, to Steven Phan & Christina Tran. Michael attended Bellingham High School and resided in Bellingham. Michael was a devoted father, a loving husband, a dedicated son, and a loyal friend.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather Phan Chan Hach and step-grandparents Andrew & Bessie Andrews. Michael is survived by his wife, Sopurn Phan; children Aiesha and Alex; father Steven Phan; mother Christina (Anthony) Andrews; sister Michelle Phan (fiancé Jim Routos); step-sisters Gwen (Jay) Comfort and Victoria Andrews; grandparents Gon (Oanh) Tran and Tran My Lang and parents-in-law Pheth (Sok) Foeung.
Visitation will be held at Westford on Friday, July 30 from 4-6 PM. A Celebration of Michael’s life will be held at Westford on Saturday, July 31st at 11 AM.
