Mark Stebakov, age 28, died on April 13, 2019. He was born February 28, 1991 in Kerch, Russia to Sergey Stebakov and Lidiya Stebakova. Mark is survived by parents, sister Julia Stebakova, sister Marina (Oleg) Nadykto and their children Eli and Zoe, and grandfather Victor Vlasenko. A graveside service will be held at Arlington Cemetery, 20310 67th Ave NE, at 11 AM on Saturday, April 27th, followed by a Celebration of Life at LifeChurch 360, 3131 Smokey Point Dr. Suite 1-B in Arlington.
