Margaret Doyle

Margaret Doyle, born June 18, 1941, in Bellingham, Washington, to George and Amy (Shaw) Byer, passed away peacefully at her Ferndale home on October 19, 2025, surrounded by her loving family.

Margaret’s life was filled with warmth, laughter, and love. She enjoyed cheering on the Seattle Mariners and relaxing with a good Western movie. Her kindness, humor, and devotion to her family will be fondly remembered by all who knew her.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Doyle, who passed away in 1981, and by other beloved family members.

Margaret is survived by her children, Amy Lakusta, Mike Doyle, Shawn Doyle, and Larry Doyle, as well as her cherished grandchildren and great-grandchildren, who brought her immense joy throughout her life.

A memorial service honoring Margaret’s life will be held at 12:00 pm on Thursday, November 13th, at Westford Funeral Home (1301 Broadway, Bellingham, WA). Following the memorial service, please join the family for a celebration of Margaret’s life at 3:00 pm at Rustlers Front Street Grill (405 Front Street, Lynden, WA).

Margaret will be laid to rest at Greenacres Memorial Park during a private family service.

Margaret will be deeply missed but forever remembered with love.
