He was born December 28, 2014 in Bellingham, WA to Jasmine (Rose) and Joshua Russell, Sr. Josh is survived by his parents, Josh and Jasmine Russell, his sister Hazel, and many loving relatives and friends. A service of remembrance will be held at Westford Funeral Home at 2 PM on Thursday, May 21st.
