John Michael Metz

John Metz, age 64, passed away Sunday, April 23, 2017. He was born July 23, 1952 in Polson, Montana to Mondell and June Metz. John was preceded in death by his parents, brothers Mondell and Leo, and first wife Perly. John is survived by his loving wife Felisa “Fely” Metz, son James Michael Metz, step-son James Arnold Lobo, brother James Metz, sister Judell Harrsch, and many loving relatives and friends. Visitation will be held at Westford Funeral Home in Bellingham on Monday, May 1st at 3 PM followed by a Vigil Prayer Service at 6 PM. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Ferndale, 5781 Hendrickson Ave in Ferndale on Tuesday, May 2nd at 10 AM. Reception following at the Church. Graveside Service with Military Honors will be held at Enterprise Cemetery, 7041 Vista Dr. in Ferndale at 2 PM on Wednesday, May 3rd.
