Harold Lee Hurlbert Jr.

Harold Lee Hurlbert Jr. age 83, passed away on June 17, 2022 surrounded by his family after a long battle with kidney cancer. Harold enjoyed being with his family and friends. He was a long-time resident of Whatcom County and was a member of the Plumbers & Pipefitter’s Union for 65 years.
Harold was born October 6, 1938 in Neosho, Wisconsin to Harold and Bernice Hurlbert. He was preceded in death by his father Harold Hurlbert Sr., mother Bernice Hurlbert, stepmother Peggy Hurlbert, brother Ronald Hurlbert, and sister-in-law Pat Hurlbert.
Harold was survived by his wife Dorothy (Butenschoen) Hurlbert, son Jeffery (Kathi) Hurlbert, daughter Jannett (Brad) Alexander, brother Gerald Hurlbert, sister Linda (John) Jensen, stepsister Beverly (Ronald) Owen, sister-in-law Edna Hurlbert, 7 grandchildren: Jason (Malorie) Hurlbert, Tristan (Hanna) Hurlbert, Jeffery (Genessa) Hurlbert, Chad Hurlbert, Nathan Alexander, Sophia (Adonis Boulos) Alexander, Laci Alexander, 4 great-grandchildren: Jake, Sydney, Ali, Tessa and several in-laws and numerous nephews and nieces.
Harold’s family want to thank all of his family and friends who loved him and cared about him. He will be greatly missed by all of us.
A public viewing will be held on Friday June 24th from 12:30pm to 1:30pm at Westford Funeral Home followed by a graveside service and celebration of life at 2:00pm at Greenacres Memorial Park. Bring your favorite memories to share. You may share memories at www.westfordfuneralhome.com .
