Gloria Eline Ulrich

Gloria Eline Ulrich, age 99, passed away peacefully in Bellingham, WA on January 18, 2021. She was born September 10, 1921 in Minneapolis, MN to William and Flossie Peterson. Gloria married Ralph Ulrich on November 15, 1947 in Minnesota. During her long and varied life, Gloria had many passions and interests. She was a superb needle worker, a published poet, and a busy homemaker as she raised their five children. Gloria enjoyed travel and spent a year teaching English in Madagascar. Gloria and Ralph were longtime members of the Lutheran Church. She was preceded in death by her husband Ralph and her son Steven. She is survived by her daughter Marilyn “Rommie” (Angus), sons Bruce (Linda), David and Les (Eileen), grandchildren Bob, Marie, Ian, David, Jason, Shannon and Kyle, 10 great-grandchildren, and many loving relatives and friends.
